Who should take an online course?
Anyone with an interest and the commitment to finish what they start. We believe hybrid teaching is the best bang for the buck, so if you can swing one of our upper-level memberships, you’ll gain live accountability to finish.
How do I access my course?
Once you’re logged in, select “Courses” from the main menu. You can also go to “My Account,” which gives you access to everything in your account, including your courses.
Are there prerequisites or language requirements?
No. We believe in helping people where they are. You’re free to move about the curriculum as you see fit, though we built the course in a stair-stepped fashion that encourages following along in order.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Absolutely! As we develop a more inclusive, relevant course load in the academy, the Action Leadership Team will keep course access open.
My payment didn’t go through. What do I do?
For any question involving payments, use the Contact link in the main menu. A payment can fail for many reasons. We use Stripe, which has been very good to us; sometimes it’s an input issue, a security code, or an expired card. Either way, we’re here to help.
What if I have a large group?
Great! Our learning site is built especially to support groups learning online. Our enterprise program discounts your group’s access based on size, builds a group interface, and allows direct reporting to your group leader through the front end. HR folks love it.
