My goal with Action Leadership From the Edge is to inspire people to react positively to all that surrounds them. I beg them to evaluate, take in the environment around them, and take action. It seems like I could write this anytime in history and have it make sense, but this week especially… I wanted to hit home with a little “Take Action” love.

In the book and in my talks, I stress how everyone is called to a natural position of leadership. When we forego that call, we leave a gap in leadership and that gap needs to be filled… and so it is – unnaturally. This leads to the wrong people being in the wrong place, with the wrong motivations gaining the wrong results.

We Can Complain or We Can Fix It – Take Action

This week we are seeing all kinds of mayhem. Train derailments dropping poisonous chemicals into our air, water, and ground have been tracked all over the country and the transportation secretary is addressing the issues… yep, he says that the construction industry has too many white people in it. You can’t make this up.

Leaders in Europe are screaming about the Nordstream II pipeline explosion and saying that America planted mines under the pipeline as a NATO exercise and Norway, in conjunction with the USA – hit the button to blow it up.

In California, our Governor’s wife has been double and triple dipping the taxpayers to introduce a horrifically sexualized agenda to our kids. They get the schools to buy the curriculum (with Porn Links and Images embedded) from her non-profit that then pays her for-profit media company to produce the material.

They’ve been dripping the list to Epstein’s Island at a rate that they believe will keep people civil. In fact, have you noticed that everything is being dripped? The leadership of our western society is dripping content to us like the record label released the Michael Jackson “Bad” album. It took years to hear that record on the radio.

If we had all the facts about the Chicken Feed Supply Chain, the Epstein deal, The Pfizer Documents, The BLM/Antifa stuff, or the Elections all upfront — it might be more than society would want to bear. There would be a disruption… so instead, they drip the content and leave people to label each other.

Just when things look like they might converge… they pull a crazy one out of their hat. Alien Invasion.

As I write this down, I realize, I may get censored. I may be labeled a conspiracy theorist. After all these years of denying aliens and calling people crazy – they want to shift messaging and say you’re a conspiracy theorist if you say they are making it up. Part of me can’t believe this is where we are at. But I have a message. We can complain or we can fix it.

So How Do We Fix It – Action

One small position of leadership at a time… If you are a person of faith, God has called you. God has burdened you with a passion and drive to add value to someone, or a group. You may have blown it off in the past… but as you read these very words, you are reminded of your calling. If you are not a person of faith, don’t feel weird reading my message. I may believe you are still called and led, but you may see it as an opportunity or responsibility.

So what do we do? We take Action. If you feel called to something, invest in yourself and learn about it. Focus on building that calling into a strength. Netfix, Hulu and Prime can wait. When you have a little confidence in whatever the call was, network. Put yourself in social circles that can use your expertise in a positive way.

Over time, we as a collective will grow in our expertise, our networks, and our investment in others. You see, I believe a natural call to leadership is a gift and a pathway to success. When you follow a natural calling, unnatural leadership pales next to its example. Unnatural leadership has a funk to it. Follow the money or power that the position brings and it stinks. Sure… sometimes Power is what corrupts, but if you stay true to the calling and network with strength and accountability, you can avoid the stench.

Action is in the Numbers

The people at the top of the leadership chain right now haven’t built anything. We’ve seen them scrape the cream off the top for themselves and enrich themselves at the expense of others. Regardless of whether you believe the Covid Vaccine is safe and effective or not — study the finances behind the narrative. Whether the vaccine works or not – this has been an incredibly mismanaged and overpriced adventure.

Now imagine everyday “Joe’s” and “Janice’s” stepping up to the plate. Maybe they run a Scout Troop, volunteer at the school or church, Join the School Board but do so with passion and that natural call to add value to others. Soon this positive energy fills the leadership roles that can impact the other positive leaders within their community.

Fill the role as long as it feels like a natural call to positively add value to others. Have a team of accountability partners to have real talk. Don’t be afraid to check yourself when the temptation to fill an unnatural role surfaces.

In my quest to speak to and inspire others to lead, I hear similar things way too often. “I don’t think I am a leader”. “I’d make a great number two, but I don’t think leadership is for me.”. Bullpucky!! Are you a parent? You lead at home. Do you have a Job? You can lead from any position within an organization, Up, Down, and Peer to Peer.

You Know I’m Right

Watch the news. Do you believe everything they are saying? Listen to our President and his Press Secretary. Do you have unshakeable faith in what they relay to you? Do you think there will be an Alien Invasion this year?

We know in our bones that something isn’t right. We also tend to sit by our TVs and binge-watch crud, or get lost in our phone screens. We know there is a lack of alignment in all that seems to surround us – from Rent Prices to Fuel, to Eggs to Aliens. So we can do nothing, or we can take Action. Consider the message in Action Leadership From the Edge. Take the first steps, then encourage others to step with you.

A confident, active, and intelligent populace can make an unbelievable change at an alarmingly satisfying rate.
